The pressure to drive greater results out of fewer resources can be daunting. Leading with clear objectives is essential.
Epigen works with leaders to strategize vision for the organization. We start conversations with staff on all levels to find understand what works. We listen and learn. Using this information, we look to build realistic, resource-constrained objectives aligned with the established strategic vision.
Epigen prioritizes knowledge transfer. Our process ensures current and permanent staff are empowered and equipped to manage the new strategy and its technological implements.
Advanced Analytics & Machine Learning
Use augmented intelligence to do more with less. Today, computers are smarter than ever. By learning through analyzing data and making predictions based on data analysis, computer programs can evolve and adapt independently. Effectively performing many of the same tasks humans do, machine learning can be a force multiplier to increase productivity. Epigen starts with an assessment of an organization’s maturity level to accept and use machine learning as a technique. We ask why, how, what and look at the results the organization wants to achieve. Based on resources currently available, we will make a recommendation and proceed to build and integrate machine learning into your organization’s processes.
Organizations often struggle to understand their overall cyber posture. Without an architecture based on a comprehensive evaluation of threats, weaknesses in cyber posture leave companies and agencies extremely vulnerable. Epigen’s propriety artifacts and methods evaluates your organization’s security with precise metrics. After analysis, we assess overall cyber posture and recommend immediate actions. We then devise the overall security architecture and planning to transform the security of organizational network and information systems.
Agile Solution Delivery
Solution Design. As the operational environment shifts, organization objectives and design specifications must adapt.Solution design addresses the operational capabilities needed by the business. Business functionality, technology, process change, and organizational change are assessed. Solution Design provides a living framework which facilitates seamless integration between desired operational capabilities and technology planning.
Solution Development. Solution development is the implementation, testing and the integration of software and infrastructures for the capabilities needed for the operation. This includes the development of rapid prototypes to demonstrate enterprise capabilities, processes, and operational concepts.
Architecture & Design
Solution Architecture. To build a client’s Solution Architecture, Epigen starts with learning the client’s mission objective. We run a requirements analysis and define domains of operation, i.e. technical, political or economical. We analyze risks and impacts, define business functions and processes, and assess resources. Lastly, we use operational metrics to evaluate capabilities and establish points of success or failure.
Enterprise Architecture. Executing IT strategy is a complex undertaking necessitating meticulous planning. Epigen develops an Enterprise Strategy and Enterprise Architecture Plan for IT. The Enterprise Architecture Plan defines what an organization does, who performs individual functions, how those functions are performed, and how information is used and stored. This plan is a living document which must be updated to keep pace with changes in technology and organization focus.
