The SkillBridge program is an opportunity for service members to gain valuable civilian work experience through specific industry training, apprenticeships, or internships during their last 180 days of service.

Program Elements

The Epigen SkillBridge program participants will:

  • Benefit from an Individual Development Plan
  • Participate in weekly on-the-job training
  • Conduct research and write white papers
  • Collaborate on group projects
  • Attend Epigen training programs including “The Key 2 Everything” consulting course and AI Ready training.
  • Attend industry events
